As the sole engineer responsible for the secure boot and verification processes, Mr. Challa designed and implemented critical measures that ensure only authorized software runs during vehicle startup. Additionally, Mr. Challa streamlined the Help Center by embedding privacy settings directly into support articles, reducing repeat visits by 25%.
